About John
I care about those I come in contact with. I have lots of experience in health and wellness and physical fitness and I played football for over 15 years. Team building, sportsmanship, and safety are top priorities for me. I lay out the tools for the students and parents to determine which tools they want to take with them on their journey of greatness! Hard work and dedication is the recipe for success
I make a difference by giving a different perspective... I empower....uplift....build up...while all the while having fun and working hard.
20 plus years in counseling ,mental /behavioral health/mentoring, providing resources to families on need ,an ambassador to the communities I serve by doing what is needed to help those that are less fortunate
10 years in martial arts i.e akido,kajuekendo,grappling,5 years in boxing , 10 years in capoeira,
