I started teaching Pilates in 2009, when I opened my own Pilates Studio in Brazil. At that time I was already a Physiotherapist and used Pilates for rehabilitation

I have training in Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release. I am a Physiotherapist graduated in 2008 in Brazil. I have been working with Pilates since 2009. Training in therapeutic Pilates, Pilates for athletes, Pilates for pregnant women, Pilates applied to neurological patient. I have a lot of practice in spine disorders
