About Nicole
I've been teaching K-12 math and ACT/SAT for 4 years. I have worked with students of all different types of learning abilities and developed strategies to help you reach your maximum potential.
I love teaching and helping students break through challenging problems. I understand the difficulty in complicated concepts, but we will work together to understand and apply them.

For ACT/SAT tutoring, I run a diagonstics test or use prior results to generate a learning plan. We will attack your weakest areas by going through different test taking techniques, practice problems, and time saving strategies. I focus on the problems and concepts that will help you maximize points and save you time.
For math and academic subject tutoring, I conduct a general review of your material and determine learning gaps to work on. I break down difficult problems in homework and can create new problems to help when reviewing for tests. Because I have a lot of experience teaching different math levels and taking those tests, I understand what the tests look for and how best to succeed on them.
