About Radames
Our mission is to teach individuals who are willing to learn by digesting complex topics and delivering comprehensive explanations. Computer systems engineering student who is on his final semester. Have already completed my math minor, and going to also have a physics minor after finishing electromagnetics and quantum physics. Very knowledgeable in programming and mathematics, and have a good understanding of circuit analysis in electrical engineering.

I absolutely love the feeling of being able to solve a difficult problem. So within my work , I enjoy being able to provide others with this same feeling of self-acomplishment. I also do like answering questions. I will never shame someone for not knowing certain information, because at some point in time, nobody else had the knowledge. Everything is a learning process.
I have been teaching throughout my entire academic career. My parents opened a school when I started first grade and by proxy I learned the steps involved in creating a curriculum and how to effectively deliver it to students. Since my parents owned the school, I believed it was my personal responsibility to ensure everyone in my class fully understood the material. I have been tutoring others since then, and constantly improving my ability to explain concepts in a manner that allow anyone to understand them better.
I have worked with TRIO and ANSEP. Both focused on teaching younger individuals concepts in engineering. Studying at the University of Alaska Anchorage has provided me with skills in research, math, physics, and computer hardware and software.

First, I identify the subject the student wants to understand. If necessary, I perform proper research to ensure any information I provide the student is correct and up to date with current scientific standards. Next, I identify topics that are prerequisites of the identified subject and ensure the student has the knowledge necessary to begin working. I personally make study materials using an IPad with GoodNotes, or an IDE for coding lessons. After explaining the core concepts and providing the student with the material I made, I then also refer the student to other resources such as visualizations, simulations, and articles.
I have worked with young children through ANSEP and my parents school (Abundant Life Christian Academy). I have worked also with high schoolers through TRIO and my colleagues in college.
Consider the background of the individual and their intentions. Look for someone who is willing to make you their priority, not someone who will give up on you.
I am most fond of tutoring my partner. We met 3 years ago and she never thought she was smart or successful because she barely got through high school. After getting her into college this year, I tutored her and she was able to get A's in all her engineering classes. I am proud of her newfound confidence and new motivation to learn math and science.
