We took tennis lessons with Coach Navid. He is generous with time and worked with all four of us. My husband and I decided to actually learn to be able to play tennis later on with the kids when they complete their lessons. We had the best experience and i must say was worth it considering he didn't charge us for the parent lessons.

My daughter and I both started tennis with Navid and I highly recommend him. My daughter is 12 and Navid is quite patient with kids. Also he is very knowledgeable and excellent coach , professional and motivating so I definitely appreciate working with him for 3 month learning tennis. The private tennis court in Ashburn is also a huge plus.

Regarding therapy and fitness, I am over 60 years old lady with joint condition and needed fitness trainer to help with pain and gain strength.
