About Krishie

I am a second-year student enrolled in the Honors Program at UGA, and my service stands out becuase I have recently gone through the many subjects I tutor in. This means the information and education I have is up to date and relevant to classes being taught today!

I have had a passion for tutoring ever since high school when I saw the impact I could have one someone's overall self-esteem and happiness, regarding their grades. I just want to be able to help others achieve their goals, and make them realize their true potentials to learn. As a bonus, I hope those I tutor will find a new love for education and value the schooling they are able to have.

I started tutoring at my high school as part of Beta Club which is a service-oriented organization.

About the lesson

I like to get a feel for the basis of information they have, and I work up from there. I am a strong advocate of learning, and not just giving answers to homework as many others do. I believe the best way to learn is to understand through explanations and practice problems.

I have tutored many math subjects and science subjects in past, and I am majoring in Cellular Biology. This gives me expert knowledge in the college sciences.
