About Anna

My name is Anna Blackwell and I am a second year Industrial Engineering student at Georgia Tech. I am from Houston, Texas and tutored a high schooler (one grade below me) all of high school! I also worked with kids I nannied for (ages 7-13) and loved helping out with their homework and studying for their upcoming quizzes/tests everyday - standing by as someone they could go to for constructive help.

I can help with any Math/English/History/Science classes and also work to find a system that my student can use as they progress through the years to stay organized.

I am willing to travel but am of course more than happy to work through the computer! Please reach out to me if you have any questions!

I love breaking tough concepts down into more manageable bites because that has always worked for me. I try to make things simple and not overcomplicate explaining anything because I always remembered my favorite teachers did that! I have been successful in bringing grades up through revisiting topics, doing homework the right way the first time, and knowing how to communicate effectively with the teacher by helping my student with what to say.
