About Sigrid
Math homework can be a stressful time, especially when it seems like kids are learning math in a different way than we did growing up! Then your child is telling you - THAT'S NOT THE WAY THE TEACHER EXPLAINED IT! - I will help your child figure out the new math, gain confidence, and close any gaps. Contact me so your child can have their best year yet with math!!
I would like to meet with you on the phone before tutoring begins. Do you have a moment to chat?
My gift is in the area of tutoring. I became a class room teacher with nearly 40 students. I found that it is more effective for the student to tutor on an individual basis as it allows for a customized approach based on the needs of the individual student.

Perfect! I highly recommend Sigrid for tutoring. She has been great with my children and is personally responsible for getting my son through geometry!
Perfect! very effective
Perfect! Sorry I missed typed my last rating. 5 stars all the way! Sigrid is wonderful and very patient. My daughter just started an intensive STEM program and these sessions help so much!
Excellent! She was professional and readily available. She also made it easy to understand even though I haven’t taken a math class in over 35 years! Her rates are affordable. Her location and the fact that she was willing to meet me half way let me know that this was a good fit as well as investment.

Fantastic job tutoring my son in 8th grade math!! His grade went up 2 letter grades. His engagement and confidence went up as well. We are so pleased. Thank you much. So happy to have found you.
Fabulous Sigrid brought my child from flunking to passing. I think it was a miracle. She promised him he would not fail on her watch. I'm still grateful.
Superb tutoring for Jonathan who was failing advanced math in high school. Sigrid assured him he would NOT flunk in her watch. Hope and success ensued!
