About Xavier

Having been a private tutor for 5 years and committing hundreds of hours to the practice, I hold a serious passion for helping others learn. I take an individualized approach to each session, understanding that each person has a unique method of learning. The result of this approach is dozens of satisfied clients over the years, both through my private practice and a handful of reputable tutoring organizations. I have a Bachelor's degree in Physics with a certificate in Quantum Information Science from the University of Texas at Austin. As such, I am highly capable of assisting students in nearly all levels of mathematics as well as the physical sciences. I enjoy the opportunity to help in any way I can, and count every 'Eureka!' moment as a success.

About the lesson

Mathematics lessons offered by Xavier are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in Austin. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.

Xavier was excellent with my 16 year old daughter (AP Chemistry tutoring)! He was responsive, flexible on timing, willing to work with our schedule and patient with my high school aged daughter. She ended up with a B in the class, so that's a WIN considering where she was before he started tutoring her and we only needed 4 sessions with him. :-)
