About Lakesha
Hello! My name is Mrs. Williams and I am currently a 5th Grade Elementary school teacher that provides general education instruction in Reading, Writing, Math, Science, & Social Studies. I also provide intervention instruction not only to reinforce skills that have been taught, but also to help students that are struggling with concepts. My class currently has a mix of learning styles from English learners to special education. I try to use differentiated instruction techniques and tailor lessons to individual student needs and learning styles. My former career for over 20+ years was Electrical Engineering. I love thinking outside the box to make learning fun. I am a lifelong learner and would like to not only teach, but also learn with you.
