About Faith
Every student is an individual and every child has individual goals., I work to reach those goals and then exceed them. For example, if a student finds writing to be a challenge, The student I would go step by step from making sure sentence structure is correct to paragraphs to fully on essays quickly.I do this to build on what the learner already knows. I feel that by taking these steps we can perfect each part of the process making the learner more confident and solving the initial problem they're receiving help for.
I love when a student gets it. Whatever was troubling them that they thought they couldn't do I love the moment when they figure it out. I've mostly worked in elementary education and at times, the work can be frustrating but when we work through it together and the student finally understands what they have been struggling with, that is why I do this.
