About HUGUENS
I do use several different approaches/methods or entry points to teach my students at any level, including illustrations, drawings and manipulatives as needed.
Seeing that a student who was struglling with a topic at the beginning coming to a complete master level of the content brings me the greatest gratification.
I have been teaching and tutoring for over 15 years now. I have a bachelor in Math and Technology and a Master in special and general eduction from Touro College. I have seen with pride my 4th grade students graduating high school and getting ready for college.

Mr. louis-pierre is a good teacher. He speaks Haitian Creole and French, big plus. He helped my son passing algebra1. My son had just come from Haiti, no English. Mr. Louis-Pierre tutored him and helped him pass the Math Regents 9th grade. Thank you Mr. Louis-Pierre
Mireille.
My son hated math. Through a friend of mine I was linked to Mr. Louis-Pierre. He came over, struggled with my son and helped him to pass the 8th grade math class. He would not give up on him. Now my son is attending college, BMCC. Thanks to Mr. louis-pierre.
Huguens was a tutor to my son and my 2 daughters over 2 years ago. Now they are in high school and college. Huguens is a competent and flexible teacher with a nice personality. He started with my son. Then the whole family fell in love with him. So we entrusted him with our 2 daughters as a tutor. He did a terrific job with them, helping them with their homework in multi subject.
My name is Sammy. I had Mr. Huguens as a tutor while I was struggling in 5th grade math. Now I'm in 9th grade. I'm doing petty good in math, thanks to the solid foundation he gave me. He did a wonderful job with me.
