- Born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, IL.
- Graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the The Ohio State University.

I would first like to at least establish a basic relationship with my student and learning about who they are and their background. Once that is in place, I believe diving into the actual material is a lot smoother.
I have mostly worked with children K-6 in teaching either basic mathematics and ESL. I had the opportunity to go to Suzhou, China to run a camp where domestic students came to learn about English and the U.S. culture.
I would say one of the most important things to look for in a teacher is to find one you believe you will be able to easily communicate or relate with. This way the transfer of information and knowledge will be a lot more efficient and smoother.
