About Eshal
I will never judge your understanding levels. I have struggled and continue to struggle with certain subjects and I know it can be difficult to reach out for help. I will always encourage you and lift you up instead of making you feel inferior. I will change my lesson plans 100 times if it means I will finally find a plan that suits you and your learning style best.
I love the feeling of accomplishment and pure contentment students feel once they fully understand a subject. This is one of the things that really push me to continue teaching.
I have taken high level math classes all throughout my education career. I am currently enrolled in precalculus as a junior in high school and am getting averages of 95% in that class. Next year, as a senior, I will be taking AP Calc AB. I have always wanted to be a teacher and am currently in future teachers of America at my school, which has really given me a lot of resources for teaching.

I start off by getting to know the student. This has always been my favorite part of my education is forming connections with my teachers and peers. After that, I gain insight on what type of person they are and what they are struggling with. This really helps me make a "game-plan" on how I'm going to help them grow as a student.
