About Amber
I have taught middle school math for 6 years and beginning my 3rd year of Algebra I in high school. I taught during covid when all classes were online. When teaching in North Carolina I was in the top 25 percent in the state and county for growth in state testing. I have a masters in educational technology and working on my 2nd masters in curriculum and instruction. My goal for my students are for them to feel comfortable with the material they are learning. I am proficient in teaching desmos and ti 84 calculator material which is benefical for state testing.
