About Brooklyn
Cowboy State Tutoring started in small town, Wyoming. In this specific small town, school was less important during the calving months. It was quickly noted that when kids would return from calving and back to school, there were noticable holes in their learning. Cowboy State Tutoring was developed to help kids get caught up, while continuing regular school work. We understand that no one learns the same and it may take a couple of tries before the lesson clicks. Now that Covid-19 is upon us, parents are struggling to keep their kids caught up in school while working full time. We have decided to expand to help parents, help their kids.

Each student is different when enting the tutoring world. Some are young and a tutor is just an extension of a teacher. Some are older and despise the thought of needing some help. Most of the time after a short conversation with the student and a parent, reasonable goals can be set in place to begin moving forwards.
Step one: Intoduction
The student, and a parent will get a chance to chat over the phone or on zoom about the type of schooling needed
Step two: A plan of action is set into place, as far as which lessons help is needed on, so we can make sure we are not overloading your student.
