About Armani
My tutoring is rooted in a wide background of proffesional experience, teaching, and public presentations. I have accumulated years of both professional and tutoring experience in a variety of fields including Mathematics, Finance, and Economics. My mission has been and continues to be to provide a strong academic background in Finance and Mathematics to any and all students who lack the means or the will to learn it. It is my opinion that these two are the two most vital subjects to an individuals life success.
During my high school years, I was brought on as a teaching assistant for the AVID program at my school teaching all levels of Math and Mechanical Physics. After graduating to UCLA, I started my own philanthropic club that traveled around Los Angeles and gave presentations to large groups of students. Our club's mission was to fill the void in modern secondary education by teaching practical finance and money management to high school seniors and juniors.
In reference to the qualifications:
- B.S. in Actuarial Mathematics
- Passing score on Exam Probability and Exam Financial Mathematics (both administered by the SOA)
- 800 on the Math section of the SAT
- Presented to and educated 1000+ students

What makes tutoring most worthwhile for me is the opportunity to see the subject click in a student's head. The opportunity to see that and create a base of knowledge for young people is what makes tutoring and teaching worth it.
