About Louise

I work with students of all ages and I am willing to do Zoom sessions.

I started teaching when I was a freshman in high school. I initially got involved by substituting for my mom at summer camps and having summer jobs at the pool teaching swim lessons.

I have a lot of experience in stem subjects due to my university course work at the Colorado School of Mines. Before attending university, I was enrolled in all AP courses and have had extensive SAT and ACT test prep.
I am also fluent in french, my first language, and the daughter of a french teacher, so teaching this language is not a problem! For teaching experience, I have taught summer camp classes, swim lessons, private tutoring, and babysat for the last 7 years.

About the lesson

I like to establish a plan that works for the student. The first lesson will be a "get to know" lesson so I can understand what the student is interested in, they're best learning method, and they can get to know a little about me. This helps in establishing a teacher-student relationship and allows me to tailor the program to their needs.

I have worked with students between the grade levels of preK and 12th grade.
