About Jahelly
Hi! My name is Jahelly, I am a college freshman and would love to tutor children. I currently attend FIU and have 2+ years of experience in working with children. I've worked in multiple summer camps so I'm very accustomed to working with children. I am very flexible with hours and these are some of my skills:
patience
good communication skills
self discipline
ability to make students visualize etc.
I began teaching my freshman year of high school when I volunteered at an elementary. Watching the children retain so much information at such a young age of 4-6 years old fascinated me. So every summer I went back because I loved the learning environment.
I have a high school diploma and graduated with a 3.898 GPA. I also successfully passed AP Statistics, and AP Calculus my senior year of highschool. My math SAT was 680.

I have worked with students from ages ranged from 4-13.
I've also worked with deaf students (I know basic ASL)
