About Samarii
Welcome to SMASHdatMath Online Tutoring. My name is Samarii Roach and it is an honor, a privilege, a blessing, and a pleasure to help your student/child to become a successful smasher in Mathematics holistically, educationally, academically, and LITERALLY.
Since late September 2022, being in a 5th-grade classroom from early to late mornings, probing through the room, and seeing some students struggling in certain areas in math. While, others were having such a hard time understanding the mathematical material, that it gets to the point where the student, in particular, doesn't want to do the work or take some math notes. Just a simple mentality note of saying, "I can't do this, I don't understand it, I give up!"
By the grace of GOD ALMIGHTY, I want to give the student the opportunity that after a while of being tutored, mentored, and motivated, I want the student to come out of tutoring, not even thinking about that kind of negative mentality of giving up. Instead, it's, "I can do this, I got this, I'm starting to understand the math now."
Therefore, if you can or even if you want to, I encourage you to take a chance with me and for your student to be the "GREATEST SMASHER" in Mathematics, elementary style. Whether from a little girl taking her first steps in being a kindergartner to a boy ready to take his first STAR Assessment just after a month or two, getting accustomed to being in fifth grade.
Most of all, I want the student or the child to acknowledge that they can do "...all things through Christ that gives them strength (Philippians 4:13)" to SMASH DAT MATH!
