About Vivaan
Hi! My name is Vivaan, and I’m a high-achieving student with a strong academic background across math, science, social studies, and standardized test preparation. I’ve taken rigorous coursework and consistently perform at a high level, allowing me to confidently support students across a wide range of subjects.
In addition to academics, I’m a student-athlete competing at a high level, and I’ve completed four tech internships, started my own business, volunteered over 250 hours, and written two collegiate-level research papers. I will also be attending NYU Stern fall of 2026, the #2 ranked college for finance in the world. These experiences have strengthened my discipline, problem-solving ability, and ability to perform under pressure—skills I bring directly into my tutoring.
Working with me is structured, efficient, and highly personalized. I specialize in breaking down complex concepts—whether it’s algebra, calculus, biology, chemistry, history, or test strategies—into clear, step-by-step explanations. I don’t just help students get the right answer; I make sure they understand the “why” so they can apply it independently on exams and assignments.
What makes me stand out is my ability to adapt to each student’s learning style. Whether a student needs visual explanations, repetition, or targeted practice, I adjust my approach to ensure real understanding. I also emphasize test-taking strategies, time management, and confidence-building, which are critical for success on exams like the SAT, ACT, and AP tests.
As a current student, I understand the pressure and challenges students face, and I use that perspective to connect, motivate, and hold them to a high standard. I’m patient, detail-oriented, and fully committed to helping students improve not just their grades, but their confidence and long-term academic skills.
