About Kaitlyn
* 4 years of Elementary Education experience
* Professionally certified in Elementary Education Grades K-6
I have always loved math and have taught and tutored previously, from the elementary level to high school.
Teaching is a profession that truly chose me.
I was in my last year of my bachelors degree from the University of Florida, for Food and Resource Economics which was obviously not on the education tract, and my mom was diagnosed with cancer. After graduation, I moved home to be with her and stand by her during treatments. After a few months of doing so, she pushed me to find something for myself and more specifically a job. One thing lead to another and I decided a week before the school year was scheduled to start that I was going to take a leap and go out for a few interviews. I landed at a wonderful school and never looked back! What started as a leap ended up as a home I never knew I had. It has been one of the most natural experiences that I look forward to continuing here.
I am professionally certified to teach grades K-6, and have previously tutored grades ranging from 3-11.

Mrs Sellers was very helpful with all of the struggles i had with my work. She is very hands on when helping explain the work you need to do. I would recommend her to anyone that needs help with their work.
