About Tylor

I considered myself more than just a tutor. I am a coach and a guide that can connect with several diverse personalities. I offer a wide range of academic services from general homework help all the way to SAT preparation. If there are other areas in school that concern you, we can work together to get you.

I recognize the potential in each one of my students. With a customizable approach, I have seen my students' test scores and grades consistently rise. I’m a patient, adaptable, and professional coach ready to help you reach your goals.

I like building a foundational base and connecting with students. I want them to understand important concepts. It's important to me that the kids in our community have access to the resources they need to be successful. I want to be a person in their life that can help them get to where they want to go in life.

About the lesson

I typically do an assessment of the student's learning style, and I listen more than I talk to gain a better understanding of what the student needs.

My goal is not to solve the problems for my students, but to help them find the solution to their problem, gently guiding them in the right direction.

We will summarize the work that was done. Students truly know the material when they are able to explain it verbally to someone else.

And we have fun doing it!
