About Raj

Hey there! My name is Raj and I'm a graduate from Rice University and a current Northwestern medical student. I specialize in math and science subjects for all high school levels and have previous success as a tutor especially for SAT and ACT prep.

From serving as a camp counselor for children whose parents have cancer to aspiring to be a physician, I have always been inclined to pursue opportunities where I can serve and empower others. I value tutoring because it allows me to help others accomplish their academic goals, which can open up so many doors. My favorite part about tutoring is seeing the steady improvement and excitement in the people that I have the privilege to work with. I've been tutoring other students since high school, and I particularly love to help people with their math and science classes. I also love to edit and advise people on their college admissions essays.

About the lesson

Mathematics lessons offered by Raj are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in Franklin Lakes. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.

Perfect! Raj is THE BEST! Personally, I used him for SAT prep, and he was incredibly helpful. He is strong in all subjects which made it easy for me to improve in each individual area. His math knowledge and learning tricks gave me an advantage when I took the test. I cannot recommend Raj enough. Recently, I was accepted into Northwestern University and part of that is a result of Raj’s help. He’s personable, intelligent, and very helpful!
