About Arsh
I'm patient with students, so they feel safe. They've seen the problem solved in class, but when they try to solve it themselves, they get stuck. My patience helps them make the necessary connections for themselves. They thoroughly understand the subject, theoretically and practically. My goal is to help them see the bigger picture, because seeing the bigger picture tends to make them independent.
As students go virtual, it's important for my voice to guide them. I use a steady, warm, enthusiastic tone that keeps the student moving with clarity. It catches them when they fail, nurtures them through frustration, and shares excitement when they succeed. Students know they'll have a safe and exciting journey with me.
I work intensely with the student the same way I worked with engineers and dancers to translate dance into an engineering language, earned customer service awards in IT, and created a website at Intergalactic Education. I understand their needs quickly to help them achieve the required understanding. I love tutoring, because it requires me to learn and relearn the material and evolve according to the student's needs.
I ensure that I'm reliable for the student. I know what it's like to struggle, and I love helping others learn. This is why I prioritize the student. I earn their trust so I can teach them.
