About Tiffany
I believe my service stand out because I have been teaching in the classroom for four years. I understand the types of assessments students are expected to complete and show growth on and the types of skills they need to preform well on standardized testing as well as skills they will need to succeed in the classroom. I have taught 2nd grade the last three years, but a extremely confident I can help any elementary aged child.
I thoroughly believe every child is capable of succeeding, but some just need a different appoach when it comes to learning. Teaching is my passion, but as a teacher it hurts heart watching those students that need more help struggle and being unable to help them due to class size and time restraints. Also, on the other end of the spectrum I would love to give more to the students that need to be pushed more, but cannot for the same reasons.
I have a strong growth mindset.
I love to look at data and focus on specific skills to help children succed.

I enjoy helping children grow. I love increasing their confidence and molding their brains to be able to face any challenge they come across. Learning is such a huge part of life. We literally do it everyday, so to teach kids how to learn and cope when learning basic math, reading, language skills I know I am preparing them to be successful members of society later in life.

I would like to know the specific skills your child needs to work on whether it is Reading, English, Writing, Math, etc.
I would like to know any data your child's teacher has shared with you (Reading Level, NWEA scores, etc.). Depending on the area we are working on, I would most likely complete some preassessments of my own to gauge where you child is at.
After having those things we would decide on a goal or goals we would like to meet and set a time frame we would like to meet those goals in. Next I would begin planning how I am going to meet your child's needs.
