About Vishwanath
As an experienced educator and engineer with a Ph.D. in Nanoengineering, I bring a blend of academic expertise and practical industry experience to my teaching. With six years of academic involvement, I've taught challenging courses like Fluid Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Hydraulics, and Pneumatics to diverse batches of up to 60 students. My teaching approach involves simplifying complex concepts using innovative tools, real-world examples, and interactive activities to make learning engaging and accessible.
In addition, I have four years of industry experience as a Process Engineer, specializing in additive manufacturing, process optimization, and mechanical systems troubleshooting. My professional journey includes developing FDA-compliant processes, leading root cause analysis, and mentoring cross-functional teams. This combination of teaching and industry experience allows me to bridge theory and practice effectively, fostering a rich learning environment that prepares students for real-world challenges.
