About Ashleigh
I am a junior actuarial science and data analytics student at Drake University, and I have always had a passion for helping people develop their math skills. I worked as an instructor at Mathnasium in high school and currently work as a Peer Research Mentor where I help other students find articles and media for research.
I look forward to helping you or your child achieve your math goals!

I have taken Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus I, II, and III, AP Statistics, numerous college level Probability and Statistics courses, Python, Java, SAS, and R. Most of my experience is with elementary-aged students, but I have also helped middle school, highschool, and college students with upper level math and coding courses.

I like to start with simple example problems within the topic the student needs help with to get an idea of how the student approaches problems. I gradually increase the difficulty of the problems to see how the student learns best, and then adapt to fit their individual needs.
