About Tracy
I am a former District 211 math teacher. I currently tutor middle school and high school math students. I have 3 high school kids of my own so I am very familiar with high school content and communicating clearly with middle school and high school students.
I absolutely love math. I love that there is always an answer. I love sharing my excitement about math with students and finding ways to teach math in a way that works for them as each student is unique in his/her own way.

I introduce myself and my love for math. I will ask the student what they are currently working on and what they feel they struggle with the most. I like to assure students that asking questions is the best way to learn! I can help students with current homework questions and then I can come up with more practice problems to help ensure they understand the math topic.
I can tutor online. I can tutor via FaceTime as I have a huge whiteboard that I use to write on so the student can clearly see the math processes we are working on.
