About Folakemi

I have been tutoring collegiate and high school students in Math and English for most of my college career and after I graduated. I also tutor in first year college and high school Economics. I went to the Penn State University - University Park and graduated with a degree in Economics, with a minor in Communications Arts and Sciences. I communicate with parents and students to define clear goals for the student over the course of our tenure.

I enjoy helping students achieve academic success metrics and empowering them with tools to create effective study habits for the competitive college environment. It is important for me that students succeed, but also that lessons are imparted in a way that focuses on long-term knowledge retention.
