About
Hi! My name is Meg, and I am a passionate educator with a degree in Liberal Studies and a minor in Elementary Education Studies. I have hands-on experience working with elementary students as an Education Technician in a K–4 classroom, where I support students with a variety of learning styles and needs.
When students work with me, they can expect a patient, encouraging, and positive learning environment where they feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and celebrating their growth. I believe every child learns differently, so I tailor my lessons to meet each student’s individual needs while building their confidence and independence.
I especially enjoy helping students strengthen their reading, writing, math, and study skills through engaging activities and strategies that make learning meaningful and fun.
I will do an excellent job as a tutor because I bring not only my educational background, but also real classroom experience, compassion, and a genuine love for helping children succeed. My goal is to help every student feel proud of what they can achieve and develop a lifelong confidence in their abilities.
