About Jazmin

My business stands out because many young students in elementary and 6-7 grade need help in basic math or geometry as well and I as a student in my Senior year of high school can have the capability to teach and help yonguer students in the subject they may be struggling in (math). Starting with I have always had Math to be one of my favorite subjects and have had a good environment around kids and people who can need help in that subject.

There are so many things I enjoy about this, starting with the fact that I get to help those who may need it. Help students learn and grow from where they started. Teach them that they live and learn freely with so many opportunities if they need it. A kid-friendly and safe environment. Teach them that it is ok to ask for help and to not understand something, there will always be someone to help them.

I got started teaching with my little brother and his Math which is the subject he struggled the most in. Then moving in with my little cousins and their homework, with a lot of patience and helping them they have grown in math and some other subjects.



I am a Senior in high school and Math has always been my favorite subject and one of which I have done my best.

Starting off by getting to know my student from what they know. Where I can help them improve ad What they need help in and more. 



My brother has ADHD so staying still was not an option so with basic math I used tools and more proactive ways to teach him. 



I would give the advice of asking for extra help to understand or learn to improve in that area or subject they are learning. (Again from Grades schools Elementary and 6-7)



Something I have been very fond of recently is in the process of making a mental and disorder club at school for people that may be struggling mentally, fighting depression, anxiety, stress, eating disorders. They are all very serious things and topics that most students may be more comfortable around when they know they're not alone and it's not just adults they are talking to but peers their own age.
