About James

Our tutors range from an engineering student at Montana State, two economics students at Yale University, and a soon to be law school freshman who graduated from Montana State with a Cell Biology & Neuroscience degree. Valiant Tutors is a subsidiary of GeoValiant, LLC, which we are all operating with the intention to get into large-scale LEED building redevelopment. We are passionate about providing the same unique types of teaching that we all received and unanimously agree it was highly conducive to the success we are finding now. Two of us have tutored elementary students while we were seniors in high school, and we are either highly skilled writers or highly skilled analytical thinkers. Additionally, we are all competent editors and would like to add writing to the mix of any particular subject in which our students are looking to be tutored. From our experience, writing skills are scarce yet in high demand in most businesses looking to hire.

We offer tutoring services in math, science, English, social studies, business & financial literacy, excel, and writing.

I enjoy helping students understand a subject because I know how it feels to be taught in an effective manner. It is very satisfying and something every student should have access to.

I graduated Magna cum Laude from Montana State University with a degree in Cell Biology & Neuroscience along with a separate degree from the Honor's College.

About the lesson

I will ask for a preview of what the student is currently working on. I will review this material to ensure I provide the student with good services. It does not help the student if a tutor is trying to remember the material during the session.

I then gauge what level the student is at and begin teaching the student the material at the appropriate level.
