About Vikki
I've tutored students to excellence in math competitions. (MathCounts, AIME, etc.)
I've tutored students who struggle to understand basics.
And everyone in-between.
I can get students to:
* Understand far more than they think they can and
* Help grow their motivation to work.
Every teacher loves it when a student has one of those light-bulb, "Aha!" moments...
...but there's more.
* Maturity & steady strength built into a student by keeping at the homework he or she doesn't want to do - but must.
* Patience paying off when a student trusts me enough to first admit he or she doesn't understand.
* Moments when a student becomes relaxed enough to look "in another direction" for their answer.
And of course, I love getting students to "the next level" in capability!
