About Manal
Tutoring in Math from K- 8th grade. Pre-algebra, Algebra 1. Other tutoring topics include basic reading and writing/ creative and fiction writing. I love to teach in simple ways so the student can understand and learn quickly. I help students recognize their creativity and potential. I strive to help students be enthusiastic about their work and determined to succeed.
I love to use my knowledge and experiences to help students better understand their schoolwork while also forming new strategies. I have enjoyed tutoring in elementary and middle school math in the past and since I was in middle school myself. I have also been invested in creative writing, poetry, and literature for about 3-4 years now. I enjoy supporting students in reaching their potential and using my skills to help them with their difficulties.

When working with a new student, I ask them about their confusion and issues with what they are learning, then I explain the concept in-depth, and then practice along with them so they can fully grasp what they are learning. I use fun activities to help the student become more focused and excited about what they are learning.
