About Matthew

We work with the children at their level and get familiar with their learning styles. We build a portfolio on the children and find ways we can help them improve. From their we engage them and help them to feel comfortable.

I enjoy helping kids accel in their academic journey. Our goal is to help them go above and beyond what they perceive as limitations. That is truly my favorite part of the process. Seeing a student grasp something they were having a hard time with.

I have helped coach, I've taught physical education and I've also worked with kids helping them with homework. I would help teach them as well and facilitate academic activities.

About the lesson

Checking their history of grades & where they currently are at. We target their weak points & give them a regiment to help them grow in those areas. We also pinpoint learning styles and help the student identify them. We touch on things from note taking, breakdowns and analysis.

I've worked with autistic kids, I've worked with kids with dyslexia, Ive also worked with children on the honor roll as well.

Ask them what their process is and what the end goal is. You would want to know their mission statement & also look at their body of work.
