About Madison

I like to get to know my students. For me, knowing the quirks of my student is everything. I can make new problems and work to find new explanations that my students would understand.

I love the 'I got this' moment. When I see my students develop an understanding of the work they are doing, I feel the rush of happiness. I want my students to succeed and understand the work that they are doing. When students feel confident in their work, I feel like my job has been completed. To me, that is the most enjoyable part of tutoring someone.

In college, there were opportunities for me to help my friends get better at math. I started helping them and my love from teaching grew.



I am currently working on a Mathematics with a focus in Teaching degree. I have completed 3 years of this degree and I have also tutored for 4 years.
