About Andrew
Hi, I'm Andrew Linn and I am currently a freshmen at RIT studying Mechanical Engineering. I have taken completed math courses up until multivariable calculus and I have also taen AP Physics and a college level calculus-based physics course. I offer math and physics tutoring. My service stands out because I have and still am a student so I know what can be confusing about math and science because I have been there. I can teach high school physics and math up to calculus 1.
I enjoy teaching people math and physics, because it is something I am passionate about. I love engineering because engineering applies matha and physics principles to change the world around us. That is why I believe it is important for math classes to include application problems.
I don't have any turoing experience, but I still feel that because I am a student I have a good perspective when it comes to helping students.

The first thing I look to do is identify what part of the subject the student is having the most trouble with. Once this is identified I will start working on this. I will then work with them on the other areas of the subject they are uncomfortable with.
