About Reba

Hello, my name is Reba. I have over 10 years of tutoring experience, and I love helping students of all ages achieve their goals. My expertise is in multiple subjects, including but not limited to Algebra, Algebra 2, and English.

I am currently a resident physician and have substantial knowledge in various areas that I have gained throughout my education.

Regarding my tutoring layout, I like starting out with a free 30 minute session to get to know my student's strengths and weaknesses. Then I discuss the number of sessions that would most likely be needed each week and the duration of sessions. I like to be thorough when helping each student and want to make sure my tutoring sessions make a positive difference.

I started tutoring during my freshman year of high school. I was handpicked by my principal to be a part of the new tutoring program. Ever since then, I have not stopped tutoring as I see great value in helping others succeed in their courses.

I completed medical school in 2024 and am currently a resident physician. I have completed math up to and including Calculus 2, and I have taken many English and science courses.

About the lesson

I like to start out with a free 30 minute session to get to know what the student needs and what specific skills need to be improved. This also gives the student a chance to see if I am a good fit for them and if they are able to follow along with my tutoring.

I have worked with students of all ages and from various stages of schooling ranging from elementary to college and beyond.
