About Greeshma

Hi, I'm a math tutor and living in Bay Area from past 9 years. I am from Bangalore, India and have my Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, Post Graduation Diploma in Business Administration (specialized in Actuarial Science and Banking-Insurance) and Master's in Marketing. Before moving to USA, I was a lecturer for 2 years in one of the Bangalore's most reputed colleges. From past 2 years I have been private tutoring middle school kids in California.

I am passionate about teaching Math (6th thru High school Math/Math -H and Calculus A/B/C), Physics (HS) and Chemistry (HS). I can also help the students for College entrance exams SAT/ ACT. I strive to make the subject interesting and simple for the student to understand it. One-on-one classes will be held to provide individual attention the student to understand and build confidence in the subject. Will Support regular homework, revision through worksheets and test preparation for the student to excel at the school.

Started with my kids and then moved to tutor privately to other kids in my neighborhood.

About the lesson

At the first meeting, a simple evaluation of the student will be done to understand his/her Strengths and weaknesses. Then based on the requirements an individual schedule unique to the student's necessity can be planned to improve the student's skills.

For 3 (1hr each) classes per week:-

6th or 7th grade $60 per week.

8th or 9th grade $75 per week.

10th (Math/ Math H), 11th (Math/ Math H), Calculus A/B/Cor Statistics $85 per week.

For 2 (1hr) classes per week:-

6th or 7th grade $50 per week.

8th or 9th grade $60 per week.

10th (Math/ Math H), 11th (Math/ Math H), Calculus A/B/Cor Statistics $70 per week.
