About Anders
Personal Tutor with experience tutoring Math and English at multiple levels.
I am invested in my student's progress and continual advancement.
I focus on keeping the student working rather than listening. I want to see them approach problems and talk them through HOW to think of the solution on their own.
I have experience as a private tutor.
I have a bachelors degree in Applied Physics.
I have a minor in Literature.
I have also spent time as a camp counselor and know how to keep kids entertained and focused.

First I would ask the student about themselves and tell them a little about myself so that they can feel comfortable.
Next I make sure to give them simple questions in the subject we are focusing on to see what their level is.
And for the lesson I help them as they do the work. It is not a lecture, it is time spent on them doing the work themselves, and me ensuring that they are approaching it correctly.
