About Ardit
With over 8 years of successful experience in developing my teaching techniques and being in touch with latest technology in education make me feel confident in my abilities and passion to become a positive value added to your school community as a Mathematics Instructor.
My education background is strongly focused on math since both my Bachelor and Master degrees are in Mathematics, while I had some training in latest teaching techniques. Flexibility in my teaching methods and openness to student problems allowed me to achieve positive results in classes with students in levels below, on- and above average level. My techniques were very successful at addressing wide range of student needs by facilitating and adapting learning, offering individualized and extracurricular support, and integrating effective materials.
I encourage learning by using a number of different methods, hands-on activities, and various education technologies. By incorporating class discussions, open-ended questions and cooperative learning I am able to monitor easily students progress, locate weakness and prepare students for final exams.
