About Ashley

I enjoy seeing a student light up when they finally get it & have that "aha" moment. I love building on what a student already knows and teaching them something new.
I graduated Cum Laude with degrees in Mathematics and Science. I am currently a middle school math teacher. I am certified to teach Mathematics (K-8) and special education (PK - 12).

I like to start with a skill the student has some confidence in and build them up. I work at a pace the student feels comfortable in & we tend to practice a skill until the student is sure and ready to move on. Math is all about building and confidence is key.
