About Anirud
Passionate Tutoring by Carnegie Mellon Senior: Unlocking Potential in Math, Science, and Test Prep
Welcome to a personalized tutoring experience that's as innovative as it is inspiring! I'm a senior at the prestigious Carnegie Mellon University, majoring in Electrical and Computer Engineering, with a vibrant passion for teaching that's rooted in a family tradition of educational excellence.
For several years, I've dedicated myself to tutoring students in the captivating world of math and science. My academic prowess is showcased by my stellar performance on the ACT, where I scored a near-perfect 35/36 on my first try. My expertise isn't just limited to coursework; I'm also eager to guide students through the intricacies of standardized test preparation, demystifying the path to academic success.
As the lead tutor for Carnegie Mellon's PLUS (Personalized Learning Squared) initiative, I've honed my skills in delivering custom-tailored assistance to students nationwide. Whether tackling middle school algebra or high school physics, I thrive on unraveling mathematical mysteries and scientific queries.
My teaching philosophy transcends the traditional focus on grades. While academic excellence is a priority, my ultimate goal is to foster a lifelong love for learning in my students. With my engineering background cementing my command over middle and high school curricula, I not only teach—I inspire.
I understand that each family has unique expectations, and I pride myself on my flexibility and adaptability to meet your needs. Let's work together to ignite a passion for knowledge in your student, creating a foundation for personal growth and a future bright with possibilities.
Embark on this educational journey with me, where learning becomes a love affair, and every challenge a stepping stone to success.
