About Thomas
I am a recent college graduate with a passion for teaching and helping students reach their academic goals. For years I have been tutoring students in various subjects, mainly mathematics and english. I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. There I was a member of a service fraternity and enjoyed spending my time volunteering in community schools tutoring students. I was a member of my high school math team and also received an academic scholarship to continue my college education.
I enjoy helping students not only complete their work but also grasp the fundamentals of what they are learning and gain confidence in doing their school work. My main goal is to leave the impression that learning is rewarding and fun.
