I currently work with students at the junior high level and have experience working with high school students as well.
I love helping students realize that they can do well at math they just someone to help guide them.
Currently a junior high math teacher at Mounatin Ridge Jr High in Highland, UT
I have a bachelors degree in Math Education from Brigham Young University

I first like to evaluate what the student understands before we even start learning to see what background knowledge they do have or are lacking in order to be successful in the current content. Then I ask what helps them learn so I know how to best help them.
I currently teach 7th (intermediate 1) and 9th (secondary 1 regular/honors), but have worked with students from in grades 7-12.
