About Sarah
I graduated in May 2022 from a prestigious university in Daytona Beach, FL named Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. I received a Bachelors of Science in Astronomy and Astrophysics with a double major in Computational Mathematics. Additionally, I completed two minors in applied mathematics and space studies. I am currently attending Embry-Riddle as a PhD student in Engineering Physics. As a PhD student, I teach undergrad level astronomy labs and conduct my PhD research in collaboration with Embry-Riddle and NASA Goddard Spaceflight Center. When I was in high-school, I tutored many fellow classmates at my own home and was a student assistant for math classes. I have a very strong background in math and science. Additionally, I have a great passion for helping others and teaching. I come prepared to any sessions that I may be instructing with plans and notes about the topics. I would be a great option as a tutor because I am passionate about teaching and have a strong excitement for learning!
