I am an experienced elementary school teacher who is passionate about engaging young students with math and helping them increased their independence and self-confidence.
-Experienced elementary school teacher with 1 year of experience in 1st grade literacy and 2 years of experience as a 2nd grade math specialist
-Demonstrated excellence in teaching: 54% of my students achieved the 90th percentile or higher nationally on the Measured of Academic Progress exam
-Master's Degree in Urban Education Policy from Brown University
I am a certified Elementary School Teacher in the state of Rhode Island with three years of teaching experience. I also have a B.S. from University of Delaware and a M.A. from Brown University.

First, I will get to know the student by learning about their interests and strengths. Then, I will conduct a preliminary assessment to identify areas of growth. I will also partner with the student and their family to identify goals for our time together.
I have experience working with a diverse range of brilliant students. I have taught in an Integrate Co-Teaching classroom, serving students with learning differences and behavioral needs. I also have experience teaching English Language Learners.
