About Ariba
I have previous experience working for a nonprofit organization to foster the education and character development of underserved children, teens, and their families. It not only allowed us, volunteers, to help them excel in school but also allowed us to support the children in any way possible. Working alongside children from different backgrounds allowed me to learn about different cultures as well. Over the summer, many of the children were home, and because of Covid-19 restrictions, meeting in person was not allowed. I decided to make a chemistry club gather other camp counselors, and hold experiments live with students. It included kits everyone would take home to conduct the experiments live with supervision. Watching the kids' faces glow with happiness was an amazing feeling, considering the difficult times they were going through. I hope to be a helpful aid to your child’s future mentally and academically.
I am currently a senior at Canyon Crest Academy, looking to help children with any of their school work. I have taken many advanced and honors classes like; AP Psychology, AP Biology, AP Language and Composition, AP Government, AP Economics, AP Computer Science Principles, and more. I personally struggled in the foundations of my academic career but learned to love learning, and I hope to pass it on to others that are having a hard time as well!
