About Adriana

Hello, I am a college student attending Cal state university of San Bernardino. I am looking for students who are struggling with math and need a little boot to help them understand their classes. I am studying to be a math teacher and will be graduating in two years. I am dedicated and motivated in teaching math and learning from my pupils. I am very respectful and willingly trying to help you make math fun.

I realized in college that I really loved math, Algebra to be precise, but I’ve noticed that every math teacher has a different style of teaching, therefore I want to incorporate all the styles of teaching I’ve learned throughout my career to find what is best for that particular student.

I tutor at high school in San Jacinto.

Go over introductions and get to know them to a better extent in order to connect and make the student feel comfortable with me. Next we will go over exactly what it is they are going over in math and go over the basics. Gradually the problems will get a bit harder.

Go to the person you feel most comfortable with in order to ask as many questions as possible. It is very important to ask questions especially in math.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
what area of math am I struggling with and who is best specialized in that area of teaching. What can I do to better understand the tutors.
